How to Use

This kit contains 4 oils that when blended together can support and promote the fresh cool energy of summer. Here is a recipe to get you started:

Summer Spritz

• 4 Tablespoons of distilled water
• 2 drops of Shaman Sage Essential Oil
• 16 drops of Shaman Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil
• 10 drops of Shaman Palmarosa Essential Oil
• 6 drops of Shaman Orange Essential Oil
• 4 drops of Shaman Sweet Basil Essential Oil
• Blend all the ingredients together in a small dish, or bottle. Pour into a 2oz spray bottle, shake and spritz!
